James Paul McKay, AE 94, of New Orleans, on Nov. 5. In an obituary printed in the New Orleans Advocate, he was described as “the kindest man on earth,” who “fly-fished streams in the Smoky Mountains, ate mussels in Paris, sunburned in Bora Bora, produced plays in Atlanta and second-lined every chance he got.” McKay more
